TelepART: March 2024

Fév 21, 2024 | 2024, News, TelepART

In March, support from the TelepART Mobility Support Platform allocated by the Finnish Cultural Institute for the Benelux goes to:

Chloe Clarke at Helsinki International Drag Fest at Dance House Helsinki, Finland.

Helsinki International Drag Fest, organised by We Are Queerlesque, is one of the major LGBT+ events in Helsinki, Finland. The event aims to promote and save queer art in the local community in Finland, erase homophobia and racism in society and, most of all, showcase talented queer artists from Europe and the rest of the world to Finnish audiences. It has been featured on programmes such as Puoli seitsemän on the Finnish Broadcasting Company’s channel Yle 1. Helsinki International Drag Fest will bring Belgian drag artist Chloe Clarke‘s show to Finland for the first time ever to educate and entertain the people of Helsinki.

About the artist

Chloe Clarke, also known as Robin Olivier, is a drag artist from Ghent, Belgium. Chloe has been a dancer since a young age. Since being a contestant in Drag Race Belgique, Chloe has become a role model for the LGBT+ community globally. Beside her performing talent, Chloe is an activist who promotes human rights.
