Save-the-dates for this spring

Jan 25, 2023 | News

Our Spring Programme is on fire this year and we can’t wait to share all the details with you in our upcoming February Newsletter. In the meantime here are some SAVE-THE-DATES to add to your calendars for February and March.

The Grapes of Reason by the Finnish director and novelist Saara Turunen will be performed at De Singel in Antwerp, 10 & 11.2, a first for Belgium! The performance is supported by the TelepART Mobility Support Platform.

The 8th of March brings the annual Women’s Day Breakfast organised together with the Nordic diplomatic representations and cultural institutes in Brussels. This year the focus will be on gender equality in the performing arts and will take place at the Permanent Representation of Sweden to the EU.

In connection to Women’s Day we will also be supporting Belgian-Moroccan singer Laïla Amezian’s participation in the Women – Music – Futures Symposium at the University of Helsinki, Finland. The session Chaabi Habibi: Popular Female Moroccan Musicians in Belgium Searching for their History and Building their Future, will be run together with Hélène Sechehaye, on Friday, 10.3.2023.

We are excited to be working together again with the Finnish visual artist Aaro Murphy whose work will be exhibited at the National Glass Museum in Leerdam, the Netherlands this March, more details coming soon.

Teo Ala-Ruona and the Enter Exude performance group will be in residency at the Arts centre BUDA in Kortrijk, Belgium, 29.1-11.2. The work premieres in Kiasma, Helsinki, 24.5.2023, tickets are available now!
