{"id":11698,"date":"2021-04-19T11:21:17","date_gmt":"2021-04-19T09:21:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/finncult.asiakkaat.sigmatic.fi\/?p=11698"},"modified":"2022-06-16T15:17:20","modified_gmt":"2022-06-16T13:17:20","slug":"annual-report-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/finncult.be\/nl\/annual-report-2020\/","title":{"rendered":"Annual report 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Our<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/finncult.be\/files\/output\/789\/benelux_vuosikertomus_2020_lowres.pdf\"><strong>\u00a0annual report<\/strong><\/a><strong>\u00a0for 2020 is out, giving your an overview of everything that happened in the previous cultural year.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Despite a global pandemic and its effects on the (cultural) world, we&#8217;re happy to see 2020 was still a busy year, though somewhat different than expected. Programming was shifted or cancelled, events were taken online, and plenty of new initiatives saw the light of day.<\/p>\n<p>We worked on projects in many different cultural fields, from visual arts and design to performance and societal issues. Some of the highlights include the launch of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/finncult.be\/together-alone\">Together Alone<\/a>\u00a0funding project, a collaboration between all Finnish Institute; the (<a href=\"https:\/\/finncult.be\/undressing-the-man-deconstructing-masculinity-in-fashion\">Un)dressing the Man<\/a>\u00a0panel talk in Helsinki in August, design exhibition Call to the Wild at Maison Louis Carr\u00e9, and of course the launch of our publication,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/issuu.com\/finncultblx\/docs\/masculinities_-_thoughts___reflections_-_the_finni\">MASCULINITIES &#8211; Thoughts &amp; Reflections<\/a>.
